How do I know how much it will cost?
All work that is undertaken is first inspected by our professional consultants and a written quotation is given.

Do I have to pay a deposit or sign anything before you start?
Definitely not! All we need is for you to agree a time to do the cleaning and you only pay on satisfactory completion of the work carried out.

When is the work carried out?
We offer all customers a fixed date and time which is strictly adhered too.

What areas do you cover?
All of south east England including all of London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire.

Are you insured?
Yes, all
'Sparkling Services' representatives are fully insured with full cover for contents and public liability insurance up to £1,000,000.

Do you offer any cleaning guarantees?
We offer you a guarantee of a 'Diamond finish everytime', however if your not happy about anything at all we will happily rectify the problem asap.

Can you provide references from your customers?
Yes, no problem all references provided on request.

How do you insure quality of staff?
All our staff go through an intensive training programme after the initial interview process, whereby all staff are vetted and checked using references and photo id.
We make sure training and monitoring is on going through out the whole time employees are working for
'Sparkling Services'. We also ensure all new staff are placed with an experienced team member for the first three months.

Can I specify the time and day a cleaner comes?
Yes of course you can. Your in control and we have staff available 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Who pays the cleaner, you or me?
We pay the staff and invoice you.

How long will it take to find me a cleaner?
We can supply a cleaner within 2 hours inside M25 or within 2-4 hours on locations outside M25.

What do I do if my cleaner doesn't turn up?
This won't happen as all cleaners are full time employees and if someone is on leave we will arrange a replacement.

Who is responsible for providing the cleaning equipment, materials and products?
We supply everything that is needed unless requested otherwise.

Are there any restrictions placed on the cleaner, with regards to what they will clean?
We clean anything and everything, although we may need a specialist team member for certain tasks such as antiques, outside windows etc.
