All you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for your Housekeeper to arrive and spark clean your home.

You do not have to be home as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. You'll be prompted to give us these instructions when booking your appointment. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine. All our Housekeepers are highly trained, background and reference checked.

In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. If our Housekeeper is unable to have access to your home by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged the cleaning service.

Yes, you are welcome to give specific instructions or special requests for the Housekeeper or before when you schedule your appointment.

Yes! We LOVE pets. All our Housekeepers are trained to work in homes with pets. We kindly ask you to inform us if your home has a pet while making the booking, also if you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there.

Sparkling Services operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms and additional services. Each quote is personalised based on the size of your home and the additional services you desire. Please fill out the form to receive your quote.

We will send one of our Housekeepers to make your home sparkle! All our standard cleanings include dusting and washing of all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen/living room/bathroom/bedroom appliances & cabinets, and hovering & moping of all floors. The above services are time-consuming and require additional dedicated time from our Housekeepers. We offer affordable prices for these services and some of them our Housekeepers can accomplish if booked more frequently to clean your home.

We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past 3 months.

Most of our customers provide cleaning chemicals and tools. We give the option to bring only the cleaning chemicals at £8 or organic cleaning chemicals at £12.

Certainly, although the cleanliness of the floor may not be up to our expectations. We would be glad to assist you on which hoover, and mop would be great for your home and you can consider this as an investment. Unfortunately, our Housekeepers are unable to provide hoover or mops because they travel by public transport and cannot carry any heavy equipment.

Certainly! We offer to bring organic cleaning chemicals for only £ 8 to clean your home. Simply request it while making the booking.

Tipping is not mandatory or required in any way, but you have the option of doing so if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Our Housekeepers do appreciate the gesture.

Yes, Sparkling Services is insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of when the appointment is completed by email at contact@sparklingservices.co.uk.
