You do not have to be home as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. You'll be prompted to give us these instructions when booking your appointment. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine. All our Housekeepers are highly trained, background and reference checked. In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. If our Housekeeper is unable to have access to your home by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged the cleaning service.

Yes! We LOVE pets. All our Housekeepers are trained to work in homes with pets. We kindly ask you to inform us if your home has a pet while making the booking, also if you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there.

Certainly, although the cleanliness of the floor may not be up to our expectations. We would be glad to assist you on which hoover, and mop would be great for your home and you can consider this as an investment. Unfortunately, our Housekeepers are unable to provide hoover or mops because they travel by public transport and cannot carry any heavy equipment.
