We can provide you with an outstanding cleaning service for your Airbnb/short-term rental home.

Our dedicated Housekeepers are true professionals and will ensure the property is transformed into a sparkling space to welcome your next guest.

With our roots as a hospitality company, we offer a high standard of service and additionally our Interior Design Team can help you furnish a new property or improve an existing one to attract more guests.

Our Housekeepers are experienced in this area and will report any maintenance needed, or any damages caused by the guest.

The other services we offer are:

Schedule housekeepers according to your arrival/departure times and any additional services like Early Check-in/Late Check-out are confirmed.
Welcoming guests (including a guided tour to help guests become familiar with the property)
24-hour guest communication and support
Welcome Packs and guest supplies
Cleaning Equipment. We can supply all equipment and products which can be stored either on-site or brought to the site on each visit.
Window cleaning
Maintenance/handyman services
End of tenancy cleaning
Linen supply and control (Bed and bath linen is well maintained, correctly laundered, and properly stored.)
Linen hire, at the following rates:

Double Package: £16.05 + VAT (Our Double Package includes Duvet Cover, Sheet, 4 Pillow Cases, 2 Bath Towels and 2 Hand Towels)

Additionals:

Bath mat £1.49 + VAT

Kitchen towel £1.39 + VAT

Bath towel £2.49 + VAT

Hand Towel £ 1.39 + VAT

Sheet £3.80 + VAT

What remains consistent with Sparkling Services is our commitment to delivering high-quality personalised cleaning services and supervision. Please let us know if you require a service that is not on our list.

Hourly rates:

£18/h + VAT for clients with a minimum of four monthly bookings

£22/h + VAT for clients with three or fewer monthly bookings

*Please note that we work with a minimum of two hours of service per booking.
